bbk33 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

By accessing, browsing, or using the bbk33 website at bbk33.io (the "Platform"), registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accepting any promotional offer, you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bbk33 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and must not register an account or place any wager. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bbk33.

Use of the bbk33 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bbk33 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any gambling activity on the Platform.

Age Verification Process

Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

Where bbk33 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be under the age of 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be placed on hold, and verification documents will be requested within 72 hours. If satisfactory verification is not provided within the stated period, the account will be permanently closed and any remaining balance will be reviewed in accordance with applicable policy.

Registration

To access the full range of bbk33 services, you must register a personal account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain exactly one active bbk33 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, bbk33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. bbk33 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any unauthorised access to your account should be reported to bbk33 support immediately. bbk33 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.

Account Currency

All bbk33 accounts operate in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The account currency cannot be changed after registration. All displayed balances, wager amounts, bonus values, and withdrawal figures are denominated in ৳ BDT.

Accepted Payment Methods

bbk33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer to and from accounts held at Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at bbk33's sole discretion.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Standard deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to the player wallet within 30 seconds of confirmation.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• bbk33 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made using funds derived from illegal activity will be reported to relevant authorities and the account will be suspended immediately.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes of approval under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day including public holidays.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the bbk33 account. bbk33 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be approved.
• bbk33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in a rolling 30-day period.
• Withdrawals of active bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full before processing.

bbk33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have successfully completed the registration process.
• All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on each individual promotion page.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus wagers may not be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met in full.
• A player may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• bbk33 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn from an active account, any qualifying wagers already placed will be assessed individually.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the opening of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or the use of automated betting software — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards are each governed by their own specific terms in addition to these general bonus terms.

All games available on the bbk33 Platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and SA Gaming. Each game is governed by its own specific rules published by the provider. In the event of any conflict between a provider's game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail in relation to account-level matters; the provider's rules shall govern in-game mechanics and payout calculations.

Random Number Generators

All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games on bbk33 use certified, independently audited random number generation technology provided by the respective game studios. bbk33 does not operate proprietary RNG games and does not modify game outcomes in any way.

Disconnection and Technical Faults

In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, bbk33's system will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Where technically feasible, the round will be completed in accordance with the recorded game state and the result applied to the player's account accordingly. bbk33 accepts no liability for losses resulting from telecommunications failures, Internet service interruptions, or device-level technical faults outside of bbk33's direct control.

Voided Bets and Sports Markets

bbk33 reserves the right to void any sports betting market or individual wager where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the event has been cancelled or abandoned, or where there is evidence of match manipulation. Voided wagers will be refunded as cash to the player's wallet at the staked amount.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbk33 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or do not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2.
• Operating more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration or verification information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes in poker or live table games.

• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bbk33 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology in order to circumvent geographic restrictions or account controls.

All content on the bbk33 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of bbk33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without express prior written consent from bbk33.

The bbk33 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of any bbk33 trademark or brand asset is strictly prohibited.

• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any part thereof for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical reasons.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

bbk33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a law enforcement authority requiring the account to be restricted or closed.

Upon account closure, any remaining cash balance (after deduction of any voided bonus amounts) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding investigation.

Voluntary Account Closure

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of contract law. bbk33 operates as a safe and reliable platform and endeavours to resolve all player disputes fairly and efficiently through its internal dispute resolution process.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process to the Player's satisfaction, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before resorting to any formal legal proceedings.
